This Privacy Policy explains how Galaxy Tender ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. The App is a client for your Galaxy / Xynex tender workspace and is intended for business use. By using the App you agree to this policy.
The App is a secure wrapper around our hosted service; your business data is stored in your workspace account, not separately by the App.
If you enable biometric unlock, fingerprint/face verification is performed entirely on your device by Android. We never receive, see or store your biometric data.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, Google Firebase for push) and only as needed, or where required by law.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal/accounting purposes; you may request deletion (see Contact).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw notification consent at any time in your device settings.
The App is for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
